Laughing Sun Round Steak Highland Stew, submitted by Keith Bakeman

1 Highland Round Steak trimmed and cut in 1/2 inch wide strips, dusted with flour; seasoned with salt & pepper.
Brown in a hot oiled iron pot.

ADD:
1 can of diced tomatoes and up to 1/2 can water
1 red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
1/3 cup Marsala wine

Cook covered for 2 hours or more in a 300 degree oven.

Optional 4oz. Raspberry Chipotle or other grilling and finishing sauce
